The Buzz-Off Riding Rug is a fine-mesh, two-piece ride-out fly rug. The loose neck protects the horse's neck, chest and shoulders. There is an elastic band on the neck, which runs over the horse's forehead. This band keeps the neck part in place. The neck can be attached to the blanket at the withers.
